My experience from the moment I walked into the door to the moment the keys were placed in my hands was fantastic. I've never been treated so well in a car buying situation. Upon entering the facility, my husband and I were greeted at the door by a very kind gentlemen. He asked, whom we were looking for and he immediately stated, "follow me, I will lead you to him". Mark Mauric at the door by a very kind gentlemen. He asked, whom we were looking for and he immediately stated, "follow me, I will lead you to him". Mark Mauricio offered a hand shake and asked if we would like something to drink. He was ready to answer any and all questions. He immediately showed us the automobile and asked if we wanted to take a drive. He offered the keys without question. The inside door molding had come dismantled, he immediately had that taken care of. The car was clean and very presentable. We were quite pleased. We requested a better interest rate and the Business Mgr. Jimmy explained he would try. Once that was taken care of, we were escorted to sign paperwork by June. Signing the paperwork was a long process, but June was familiar with the options available, and she explained everything very professionally. A very pleasant experience. More

When we came in to look at cars on Saturdaywe were greeted immediately and all of our questions were answered by George. We were also greeted by Jay and others on the floor. On Monday we went back t greeted immediately and all of our questions were answered by George. We were also greeted by Jay and others on the floor. On Monday we went back to the dealership but it was already closed. We got out and were walking around when Mark drove by and walked over and started talking to us about the cars and spent quite some time with us. He answered our questions about the different packages and asked what we were interested in. He even took pictures of the vehicle we were planning to trade in. The next morning he and my husband were working out the details. We were very happy with purchase. More
