I was in the market for a particula As stated in the "title" of this review, this is my 3rd trip to Honda of Murfreesboro (previously Reddell Honda). I was in the market for a particular car and they had precisely what I was looking for. On my first trip, they didn't have the color I wanted, but persevered and worked out a deal for me. It's this extra effort they take that other dealerships will talk but just won't "walk" the extra mile to satisfy the customer. We walked in, was immediately greeted by Austin Cox, took the car we had seen online for a test drive and then he took all the worry and guesswork off the table. He answered every question we had, presented us with carfax, was super knowledgeable and upfront about everything! He has actually called me personally to assure I am enjoying my new car and if I run into any issues not to hesitate to call. I can't complete this review without giving many xxxxxxto Mark McCormick in the finance department. He was able to find me an amazing lender with an even lower interest rate than the one I walked in with. He answered all of our questions and was extremely informative about everything that was covered in warranties and payments. The staff at Honda of Murfreesboro well exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you guys for making my first actual car buying experience so amazing and not scary at all. You guys rock and the next time I need a vehicle, I will most definitely be coming back to y'all! More
