Brought my mom in to trade her Mini for a much much safer Subaru. Mark helped us and he was great. We thought that we would be leaving without a vehicle because of low inventory but Mark worked hard and fina Subaru. Mark helped us and he was great. He was personable and friendly without being pushy. He was knowledgeable about the products and listened to what we wanted in order to show us the right vehicle. My mom at first missed her Mini but now is thrilled with her Subaru. Her dog Monte had a similar reaction but now he’s realized that he has a much better view out the windows. More

He told us all the cool features while test driving which was a lot of information haha I don’t know how he remembers it all. Once we got back to the dealership we walked over and was talking about my husbands truck and it was like we weren’t even at a car dealership. I don’t like being pressured or feeling like I can’t leave without a car just because I test drove one. Mark said a Subaru will sell itself so no pressure and he was right. My husband fell in love with it. We got there an he before closing and he stayed an he after closing with us. He made our night so much better and i will be sending everyone who asks to him. Buying a Subaru Legacy was not initial at the top of my list when I was looking at new cars. Went in as part of doing my due diligence. Man, I'm glad I went. Mark met my wife and I soon after we arrived list when I was looking at new cars. Went in as part of doing my due diligence. Man, I'm glad I went. Mark met my wife and I soon after we arrived, and was friendly and personal right of the bat. He was knowledgeable about the car and the company. It shows he really knows and stands by the Subaru brand. Took the Legacy Touring for a test drive and ended up coming back later that night to buy it. Mark and AJ stayed well after closing to make sure everything was taken care off. AJ explained all the pros and cons of added warranties, and never pushed a single one. All and all, GREAT experience! I'd go back and recommend Subaru of Jacksonville. More
