We agreed to a price BEFORE they ran my credit and they didn't try to sell me a different truck then the one we came in for. Mark was great to work with. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from them. More

Not a good experience Below is a letter i sent to the dealer and I only received a response after i contacted them a second time basically saying on well you bought a used Below is a letter i sent to the dealer and I only received a response after i contacted them a second time basically saying on well you bought a used vehicle. They took no responsibility for anything. I am writing to you about my experience with your dealership. On August 22 I contacted your company by internet in regards to 2010 Cadillac SRX. Morgan contacted me back and I explained to her what I was looking for. I also explained my concerns about purchasing a vehicle out of state that I could not actually see. She informed me, not to worry if there were any issues there was a document I would receive that would make sure I was protected. She also said she would send me pics of any damage she could find. She had Mark contact me. Him and I spoke and explained I was already approved and was ready to purchase but also explained my concerns. He explained that the vehicle had a clean car fax. I also informed him I was a former mechanic and claims adjuster for a insurance company and I know that not all accidents are reported but you can tell if you go over the vehicle. He assured me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle nut also stated he did not know of what document Morgan had been referring to. He told me that if I could get him a letter of credit on Friday August 23 the vehicle would be shipped to me Saturday defiantly at the latest Monday August 26. So on Friday I got him everything. Then Saturday morning he text me and says, well the vehicle cant go until we receive the check (Why did I have to go through the hassle to get them a letter of credit, then) and you have to sign documents and we will need you to meet a notary. I asked why wasn’t I told this originally? Why was I told something totally different. He said he didn’t know about all of this, but he had previously told me how he sold a lot of cars out of state. So he should have known. (I could have driven down Saturday with my trailer and picked vehicle up had I known that) He said he would try to get it out Monday. (Had I not had such a difficult time finding this vehicle I would have pulled the deal Saturday). On Monday he contacts me and says I will hear from his manager when the check comes in and car will be able to go out after that. Later I receive a call from Rafi, the manager and he tells me how they have to schedule me to meet with a notary to sign papers before they can ship the car. I asked him, why wasn’t I told this previously? He said “know one informed you of this?” So it seems like I was told what I wanted to hear just to make the sale. Needless to say I did not receive the vehicle Saturday or Monday. On Tuesday I receive the vehicle and couple things I noticed right off. The vehicle has been hit before and anyone could see that. The front bumper cover is out of align on the passenger side and the top tab is broken on the driver side and was hanging out. (I was not told about it). The previous owner was obviously a smoker. Car smells heavily like cigarette smoke. I have had to spend a lot of money trying to get rid of the smell and may have to get a professional detail. (Again I was not told about it), The outside lever and the inside lever for the rear hatch does not work. I can only open it with the remote. Again something I was not told about). This whole process had defiantly made sure I will never purchase another vehicle on line or from your dealership. I feel that know one was honest with me from the beginning and just wanted to make a sale. Whether the issues I found would have caused me to pull the deal, not sure but it should have been my decision to make. More
