After the experience I had with Ken Ganley Ford West. I will not be buying another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The truck they sold me has a leak coming from the I will not be buying another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The truck they sold me has a leak coming from the sunroof. I asked about a replacement trim piece for the bumper. They promised they would send me one. Postage was not paid in full and I had to pick it up from the post office and cover the additional postage for the part. Upon opening the part, I find that it’s a used part with scuffs on it. More

I purchased a 2021 Ford F 150 and picked out up the following day only to find out that it had been used and some of the items that belonged in the vehicle were removed.
