Mark was very good, helpful, patient, and considerate. My son wanted to purchase the truck. He had check in hand, started to write the check, paused and decided not to purchase. This was no fault of Mark's, the dealership, or any other reason. It was squarely on my son's shoulders to buy or not buy. I felt bad for Mark and his team. The truck was spectacular. We had been looking for weeks for a truck. We had talked to many dealers. We almost purchased on the night previous from another dealer but it drove off the lot 8 mins. before we arrived. I spent numerous hours searching, test driving, new and used F150 Lightnings. I personally had driven over 3 states to facilitate this purchase for my son. I thought it was a done deal. While I am proud of my son I was also disappointed. All that work for nothing. More

After communicating with the dealership on the vehicle was had interest in purchasing. They waited to respond only with the vehicle went to auction, while the listing remained active on their dealership w was had interest in purchasing. Even after they responded that the vehicle was no longer available, they continued to sell me another vehicle. There is no need to contact me if that vehicle is no longer available. The entire process was a waste of my time. More
