He was very knowledgeable and it was not stressful conversation. He offered me a good price that I accepted. From then on all went smoothly and I drove out the same day with a new rav4 limited. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Toyota product. Everyone else at the dealeership that I came into contact with were friendly, helpful and true professionals. My only disappointment was a finance gentleman (Richard LaRussa) who initially came out on the showroom floor after I agreed to a deal and tried selling me extended warranties that I did not want. I was then left on the showroom floor for an additional one hour and 20 min. sitting. He then came back and escorted me to an office where again I had to tell him I'm passing on extended warranty. Then he showed me a deal folder that was not mine. Frustrating and disappointing after a pleasant experience with others. My hats off also to Howard and Kathy for solving another minor issue I had.
