Awful service. GM clearly does not care as he has totally incompetent folks working in customer facing service positions. I have never had a problem with any dealership service of any of my Japanese cars. I had to upgrade to a Porsche to get a horrible experience. Literally do not do what they say, have never hit a service time. Have tried multiple reps and even the Service Manager who is just a giant waste of time. Relying on technology to contact your customers when you dont even pay attention to what the texts say, is a bad way to do business! More
