"No Pressure" This was my first experience with Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Elmwood CDJR). I learned of them through searching for a one year old Ram 1500 La This was my first experience with Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Elmwood CDJR). I learned of them through searching for a one year old Ram 1500 Laramie that I found on Cars.com. I was very apprehensive at first, considering the car buying process has changed dramatically since my last purchase. I tried a different approach and emailed the dealership and reached Samantha Samagaio their Internet Sales Manager. She was able to confirm that the truck I was interested in was still there. I sent her an email reply with all I had to offer and she was able to reassure me and confirm through her manager that the vehicle was still there and that my expectations were “dooable”. Our conversation eventually moved to text messages per my request, where she was vigilant and motivated. She answered all my text questions, and responded almost immediately. Ms. Samagio and her 5 star customer service had already sealed this deal. Next I visited the dealership where I got to meet Ms. Samagio, who was just as pleasant in person as she was online and via text. She then introduced me to Al Torres (Sales & Leasing Consultant) who seamlessly picked up where she left off. A couple of visits back and forth to Mark Waters (Sales Manager) and all my requests were met. Over to financing I went. Al Torres then introduced me to Vincent Asermely who is Elmwood CDJR’s Business Manager who is the person that runs all the numbers. His level of customer service was in line with everyone else’s. He assured me of the financing, took the time to explain things to me, and even reassured me that the truck I was purchasing was already listed 2000 under its original value. I took a different approach, an approach that let me do things at my pace and pressure free. I paid asking price for this truck and all involved worked with me and for me. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. This place is to me is five star, this place is motivated and professional and willing to work with you at your convenience. If you come in knowing what you want you will surely leave a happy consumer. More

They have every model, color, package you could want. Their pricing was also the best in the area! We did our research and they came in with a MUCH better price. Everyone at the dealership was great. Our salesman, Richie was the BEST. He never pressured us to buy and made the entire experience enjoyable. Vinny in finance was also awesome. The paperwork was super fast and easy. The sales managers Dennis, Ben and Mark were friendly and eager to help. We even met the owner who sat and talked with us. They also have a brand new waiting room that we can't wait to relax in when we bring the truck in for oil changes. This was an A++ experience. More

As a person who has purchased or leased far too many vehicles over the years I thought I would share my experience with this dealership. If you’re in market for a new vehicle do yourself a favor and take the time to give these guys a shot. I can’t say enough about the professionalism from the sale staff up to the management team and from past experiences I’ve had the service department is second to none. I know a lot of times the car buying experience can often be very unpleasant and I just wanted to tell you that is not the case here. They handle every step of the process with zero pressure and genuine concern for your needs.
