Well after a week or so of dealing with Samntha (internet sales) She super nice and super HOT! we worked on a time for me which was convenient for me. I went in Saturday at 8:30 am.,picked out the jeep I liked and had traded in my vehicle, all within 3 to 3.5 hrs. My salesman AL TORRES was just amazing, he was very helpful ,extremely pleasant and gave me everything I asked for. NOEL TAVAREZ in financing was just the same. He went above and beyond to get me in my jeep and was extremely pleasant to work with. I cant say enough about AL & NOEL two great outgoing friendly people that obviously went above and beyond for me. A GREAT EXPERIENCE that honestly i will remember for a while. I strongly recommend ELMWOOD DODGE. Oh yeah, I cant forget Mark Watters who also was extremely helpful and got me EXACTLY what I wanted for my trade in.
