Together with Vinny and Victor, they were extremely diligent to get me the car I wanted at the price point I need to work with. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel as though I was their only client. Being in a customer sevice industry myself I know how important that is! And it was appreciated! On the day of delivery , Harrison was right there to assist me with and questions I had about my new vehicle's features. He was very sweet and patient with me and helped me personalize my Uconnect and other settings. I'm four days in and love my new Jeep! More

I wanted to thank Harrison for his professionalism and helping me with all of my questions regarding Lease and Purchasing. Vinny, Mark and James were very accommodating, helpful and super nice! The staff here are one in a million! I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Wrangler yesterday and it was very nice that Harrison came in on his day off to make sure everything was good to go. I live just outside of Boston so its a bit of a drive, but I plan on going in to get some accessories put on because they were extremely friendly and took care of me from the beginning. Elmwood, thank you for making this car purchase a wonderful experience!! Love the Wrangler!! Definitely recommend this dealership!! More

Their efforts and honesty is something that I've never seen in my 30 plus years of purchasing vehicles. This was my first lease, and the only thing I regret was not doing it sooner and learning of Elmwood Dodge until now . Ben (the General Manager I assume) and Team (Mark Watters was my salesman) took all my leasing fears away by showing me EVERYTHING. No hidden costs, "bait and switch" etc..... Even their Business Mananger, Afif Khoury, made the closing of this deal relaxed and friendly. It's like a family atmosphere there.... See these folks before you buy anywhere else! (And no, I was under no pressure to send this review by anyone)..... More

If you are interested in buying a car, they often run some promotions and offer discounts so better check their Elmwood websites from time to time. Mark Watters was our salesman, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products that he is selling. He answered all our questions satisfactorily and explained all the features of the Journey intelligently. The stress of buying a new car was eliminated very quickly. It was like meeting a friend whom you haven't seen in a long time. He offered us a great trade in value on my old car and we were able to get our new car for a great price. We are extremely pleased with Mark as our salesman, the Elmwood Dodge dealership, and with the performance of our new car. We highly recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers! More

He was quick to return ALL of my e-mails and phone calls before I purchased my car, but more important to me, is that even after purchasing, Mark is still committed to making sure that I am completely satisfied with my Jeep. Mark went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me purchase my new Jeep-- I trust him completely and without hesitation would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car.
