The service manager called in a regional specialist who was able to pinpoint the problem, order the part, and fix the car. What great service to have a specialist come in and solve a complicated problem! Couldn’t ask for more! More

Best car buying experience ever! I had been looking at the online market--Vroom, Carmax, CarGuru etc--with much hesitation. They had Lexus vehicles but I was skeptical. My daughter I had been looking at the online market--Vroom, Carmax, CarGuru etc--with much hesitation. They had Lexus vehicles but I was skeptical. My daughter encouraged me to go see Jade. She was so right! Jade was wonderful. He seemed to know what suited me even before I did. He was easy to talk to, never any pressure. It did not rattle him a bit when I wanted to drive more than one vehicle, so patient with me. I have bought a few cars in the last forty years but this was the smoothest transaction hands down. Not to mention my satisfaction with driving a Certified Pre-Owned. Would love to say I would be back in a few years but the last Lexus I had I drove for 12 years. Passed it on to my oldest daughter who is still driving it with over 260,000 miles logged! Terry More
