My car started smoking while on my way to Florida with
grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us

He also loaded us into a van, luggage included, and gave us a ride to the hotel. Thank you Josh for your kindness. On Monday Mark called me from the service department, also a very kind person. I was treated well at Randy Marion and I'm back on the road again! Thank you!
