My car started smoking while on my way to Florida with grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us to come inside, have a cold water and snacks. He also loaded us into a van, luggage included, and gave us a ride to the hotel.
