Excellent service. I was able to 'drop in' for an oil & filter change and tire rotation without being on the schedule. Not a problem. This dealership is very nice i regards to being clean and welcoming. The service prices are a little too high in my opinion which is typical of any dealership. The reason I continue to go with my car out o welcoming. The service prices are a little too high in my opinion which is typical of any dealership. The reason I continue to go with my car out of warranty is because of the fabulous service advisor I have there. If it were not for him, I would find an independent mechanic. If you want to use the services of a dealership, this is a good place. More

I have been using Randy Marion Subaru to service my Subarus for several years. They have always been so very helpful and reliable in taking care of whatever is wrong. I remember one time when it was raining they actually took an umbrella and walked me to my car! My only reason for taking away one star is that they have recently started using AI for Appointment scheduling. I would prefer to be able to talk to a human. More
