"VALUED", that is how Subaru Superstore of Surprise made my wife and I feel! We were referred to the dealership through Costco Auto Program. Mike was the designated Costco Salesman at the dealership. He reached out and introduced himself through both an email and phone call within minutes of us submitting our inquiry online. He was so attentive to our questions and communicated to us often before we made the long trek to Surprise. His knowledgeable, no pressure demeanor was a breath of fresh air, compared to other dealers we had visited. While we waited to go into the finance office, Mark Mauer the GM at the dealership, came over to us and actually sat down and thanked us for our business. That was a first for us...as other dealer GM's never gave us that courtesy. Todd in finance, made the loan financing a breeze. We ordered some extra add-ons from parts, and Markos took great care of us! What a pleasurable experience from beginning to end! More

It needed new battery parts and we decided that we would trade up as the Hybid was a pain as it had to be driven often to charge up the battery. We leave it in the garage all summer inPhoenix and had to have friend drive it. However, we loved the Crosstrek and are very happy with the 2019 Limited - bright orange. More

Example: Eyesight Technology,Adaptive Cruise Control,X-Mode. Which confirmed to us that this was the vehicle we were looking to purchase. David guided us through the purchase process answering all of our questions regarding warranty and financing.Paper work was quick and easy with Shelby Lane,she had everything prepared for us when we sat down to sign the papers. Brittany Story expained Star Link and helped us set it up. Markos Mylonas in parts department was very helpful in selecting some accessories I wanted for my new Subaru Forester.
