I brought my car in for service without an appointment yesterday morning due to new issues that arose that morning. I was told that they would do their best to look at the car, but might not be able to d yesterday morning due to new issues that arose that morning. I was told that they would do their best to look at the car, but might not be able to do so until the following day. They arranged a ride home for me via their shuttle service. I received a phone call mid afternoon with diagnosis and needed repairs. The work was completed and my car was ready for pick up before the close of business. Marlena arranged a ride for me back to the dealer ship via their shuttle service. I received excellent service yesterday. More

Service representative is very helpful. My part is on backorder so they even tried to find an aftermarket motor to solve that problem. Unfortunately, neither them or I could do that.
