This is the 6th time I have purchased or leased a Braman BMW, but my first time purchasing a vehicle from the Jupiter dealership. Steven Lee, my salesman, and his manager, Phil Roe were by far the most professional people I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. They did everything they could to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. When I picked up my car, Steven made sure that I knew how to use every feature in the car. To say that he was thorough would be an understatement. I would recommend both Steven and Phil to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW because I know they would treat them the way a customer should be treated when buying a car. Jupiter Braman is fortunate to have Phil and Steven on their team. More

I want to specifically thank Eddie Schloer and Marlin Randle for their outstanding level of product knowledge, professionalism and using both to make sure I purchased a vehicle that completely met my needs. This was the second purchase we made at Braman of Jupiter this year. Eddie won us over with great customer service, easy-going, no pressure sales style that made us feel that he had our best interest in mind. That first purchase was a BMW 528i that has delighted my wife and kids. I am equally thrilled with the vehicle Eddie helped me buy this past weekend, it is precisely what I needed! Because our first experience with Eddie, Marlin and the entire Braman team, it was a "no brainer" to go there when the time came to replace my beloved Chevy SSR. Once again, the guys exceeded all our expectations. I also want to recognize Marlin Randle for the fine service he provided us in financing both vehicles. We had arranged bank financing prior to each purchase. each time Marlin was able to get us a lower interest rate. Marlin also has a "no pressure" attitude, and helped us understand all of our financing and warranty options. He helped us make informed decisions, so there were no surprises and no regret once the paperwork was signed an we were on our way. I should also note that I did my homework; I could not find a lower price on the internet for either vehicle we purchased. Just bought a new 535i from Steven. I have known Steven for 3 years now, and Phil as well. This is my 5th car from Braman, and soon I'll be getting my 6th, for my wife! I don't think I can ever buy a car from anybody else but Steven. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgable and very very hard working. Whatever the customer wants, he will do it! He will do whatever it takes to help you get the car you want. He is more like a friend then a sales associate! Phil is the sales manager, and besides the great knowledge he has about sales, he really completes and guides his team at Braman Jupiter. Way to go guys, keep up the good work! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Braman BMW in Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cath Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cathryn Winschel at Braman BMW in Jupiter and within 30 minutes of my email I heard back from her. She immediately forwarded my inquiry to Jimmy Khokhar who called me that night. He spoke with me on the phone for over 45 minutes making sure he had every detail as to what I wanted in my new car. He was friendly and very enjoyable to speak with. He kept in touch with me during my move from Ohio to Florida with emails and phone calls while we worked on ordering my new car. Once I got to Jupiter I met with Jimmy for the first time at Jupiter Braman BMW. He was wonderful from the moment I walked into the store. He sat with my husband and I for over an hour, one-on-one to go over every last detail of my car. We test drove the new three series, and looked for hours at almost every car on the lot! He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. The most important part of our experience is how respectful and patient he was with us in the decision process. He was so easy to work with and guided us every step of the way through our purchase. Once my car was ordered my adventure continued. He updated me several times a week over the six weeks it took for my car to be built and delivered. I cant tell you how many times he brightened my day with an email telling me my car was on the ship, or almost at the dealership! The best was the day I came to pick up my car. I drove up to the dealership and there was a HUGE RED BOW on my car parked out front all shiny and new! I was smiling and just overwhelmed with excitement. The car was absolutely beautiful and perfect; It was better than I had imagined. Everyone in the dealership from the General Manager, Mike Trapasso, to the assistant manager and all the sales associates were congratulating me on my car. I then got to meet with Marlin Randle in Finance who was exceptional. He spent an hour with me going over every finance option possible and helped guide me to the best lease option for my needs. He was so kind and patient, and I am very grateful for that. Afterwords Jimmy spent over an hour with me in my new car showing me all its exciting features and showing me how to work the system. Jimmy has kept in touch with me since then inviting me back for more tutorials if needed and I know I can call him at any time with questions. He truly goes above and beyond~ I had an exceptional experience with Braman. More

I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles. All the other dealerships gave me the horrible experience I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark Bellew and Phillip Roe. They were confident and knowledgeable about their product. There were no high pressure sales tactics like at other dealers. The dealership was clean and the employees were all friendly. But Mark was the person I was in most contact and made the experience enjoyable. It was refreshing to see how knowledgeable he was about the BMW product. It was like dealing with family! More
