Had a great experience at Braman in Jupiter. Paul worked tirelessly to get us the car we wanted and Mike Trapasso, the manager gave us a great deal on the price and especially the trade in. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Braman BMW in Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cath Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cathryn Winschel at Braman BMW in Jupiter and within 30 minutes of my email I heard back from her. She immediately forwarded my inquiry to Jimmy Khokhar who called me that night. He spoke with me on the phone for over 45 minutes making sure he had every detail as to what I wanted in my new car. He was friendly and very enjoyable to speak with. He kept in touch with me during my move from Ohio to Florida with emails and phone calls while we worked on ordering my new car. Once I got to Jupiter I met with Jimmy for the first time at Jupiter Braman BMW. He was wonderful from the moment I walked into the store. He sat with my husband and I for over an hour, one-on-one to go over every last detail of my car. We test drove the new three series, and looked for hours at almost every car on the lot! He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. The most important part of our experience is how respectful and patient he was with us in the decision process. He was so easy to work with and guided us every step of the way through our purchase. Once my car was ordered my adventure continued. He updated me several times a week over the six weeks it took for my car to be built and delivered. I cant tell you how many times he brightened my day with an email telling me my car was on the ship, or almost at the dealership! The best was the day I came to pick up my car. I drove up to the dealership and there was a HUGE RED BOW on my car parked out front all shiny and new! I was smiling and just overwhelmed with excitement. The car was absolutely beautiful and perfect; It was better than I had imagined. Everyone in the dealership from the General Manager, Mike Trapasso, to the assistant manager and all the sales associates were congratulating me on my car. I then got to meet with Marlin Randle in Finance who was exceptional. He spent an hour with me going over every finance option possible and helped guide me to the best lease option for my needs. He was so kind and patient, and I am very grateful for that. Afterwords Jimmy spent over an hour with me in my new car showing me all its exciting features and showing me how to work the system. Jimmy has kept in touch with me since then inviting me back for more tutorials if needed and I know I can call him at any time with questions. He truly goes above and beyond~ I had an exceptional experience with Braman. More

I wasn't planning to buy a new car, but thought I would see what my options were. From past experiences, I dreaded dealing with car salespeople. I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles see what my options were. From past experiences, I dreaded dealing with car salespeople. I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles. All the other dealerships gave me the horrible experience I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark Bellew and Phillip Roe. They were confident and knowledgeable about their product. There were no high pressure sales tactics like at other dealers. The dealership was clean and the employees were all friendly. But Mark was the person I was in most contact and made the experience enjoyable. It was refreshing to see how knowledgeable he was about the BMW product. It was like dealing with family! More

Bramman in Jupiter was a no-pressure dealership for me. Steven Lee was a caring salesman who took care of every question I had. He listened to my inquiries, spent time with me, had to drive me home - 30 miles - and programmed my car for me. He is a hard-working, driven young man which not only benefits me but, hopefully, himself as well. I had done my homework about BMW and that, perhaps, made the experience better for me as well, but the dealership and Steve were courteous, neat, experienced and helpful. I had walked out of dealerships throughout my new car purchasing ordeal due to lack of respect, omissions on car information (aka lies), etc. Bramman was a step above for me. Phil, I think the Manager, and Marlin, the Finance guru were all professional and courteous. I hope to continue our great relations into the future. Gail Cost More

Given that I reside in Pa, I learned of this dealership via the internet and was initially hesitant to consider a vehicle purchase from a dealership as far away as Florida. However, Steven Lee with Braman via the internet and was initially hesitant to consider a vehicle purchase from a dealership as far away as Florida. However, Steven Lee with Braman Motorcar went to great lengths to work with me over the phone and via e-mail in answering questions about the vehicle. Phillip Roe was very helpful in final price negotiation and Marlin Randle greatly facilitated paperwork processing. Steven Lee was courteous enough to pick me up at the airport and provide a 20 minute ride to the dealership. Steven was in every way above and beyond in all professional courtesies and made the viewing of the vehicle and pick up process a very relaxing and efficient experience. In the end, the vehicle was as-advertised (options, features, etc) and in very nice condition. My wife and I are very pleased with this vehicle purchasing experience and very thankful to the staff at Braman Motorcars. More

Without any doubts this has been by far my best experience with a car dealer. From the first contact by phone with Cathryn Winschel, to the last minute I spent at Braman Motorcars Jupiter with Stev experience with a car dealer. From the first contact by phone with Cathryn Winschel, to the last minute I spent at Braman Motorcars Jupiter with Steve Lee my Client Advisor, Michael Trapasso the General Sales Manager, and Marlin Randle the Finance Coordinator, I can only say I was trated in a way I have never been. All the staff at this dealership deserves my admiration and gratitude for their proffesionalism and kindness. I can not say but great things about this dealership and I will for sure recommend it to all my friends. I will gladly travel again from my home in Miami to Jupiter (1 1/2 hours) next time me or any one at home plans on buying or leasing a new or used car. Once again, this has been my best experience ever, congratulation to Braman Motorcars Jupiter for doing business the way they do. More

All BMW People we dealt with were friendly and coureous. Steven and Michael were honest and sincere in responding to our requirements and requests.
