Exceeded expectations I didn't know what to expect walking into a dealership for the first time since 2002. I hated the experience then and I was sure I wasnt going to enjo I didn't know what to expect walking into a dealership for the first time since 2002. I hated the experience then and I was sure I wasnt going to enjoy this one either. My wife and i saw Marlon once we walked into the show room, he was pleasant and easy to talk to from the start. I enjoyed going through the process with Marlon, he never once put pressure on us or pushed us in one direction. He was very understanding when I didn't want to look at the varying dollar options(down payment, interst rate etc) scenarios he presented us. He asked where I wanted to be with a monthly payment and worked the numbers to get it where I felt comfortable. Only complaint I have is the wait to finalize paperwork. We agreed on terms at 1130 and i waited 2 hrs to get everything signed. All in all I would return to work with Marlon in the future More

Marlon Poole was the first person I spoke with. He's very knowledgeable in his profession and he stuck with me through all the questions and concerns til the end of purchase and beyond. Great asset to this company. I would go to him in the future and certainly recommend him to anyone looking for vehicle. Mindy in finance was perfect to work with as well in helping me understand the finance process. My overall rating of this dealership is a 4.5 not a 5 star rating is because the guys doing the actual detailing of the cars need more training. Every car new or used should be clean/detailed in pristine condition before the customer drives it off the lot. All crevices, between the seats underneath the mats, inside the vents, the inside roof should never have any dirt or muddy smudges. More
