She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. She was very great about letting me know where the restrooms were and the drinks available. After a few hours of going through the press, she all but made me get a beverage. So kind of her to think about the time there and knowing I was probably thirsty. The process was great and we had no problems. I will recommend Marna to all my friends and family. Thank you Ken Garff. You really do listen. More

Our sales rep Marna was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. She was kind, no pressure, thoughtful of our situation and needs, and sought out ways to save us money. have ever dealt with. I write this review with the intent it appears is requested - to be honest for the purpose of improvement for the benefit of the operations of your team. I hope it doesn’t come across as a negative r requested - to be honest for the purpose of improvement for the benefit of the operations of your team. I hope it doesn’t come across as a negative response or that we won’t return to Ken Garff. We’ll return wherever Mike Coleman and Joey Burns are. It started with the need to trade in an old vehicle in which Mike offered an extremely fair trade to the extent that we had no interest in even trying another dealership to buy from. Joey and Mike both were very helpful in narrowing down options of what we were looking for. We had bought from Marna earlier this year and had a wonderful experience and was looking forward to possibly working with her again. It was Mike’s day off, but I told Joey when I would be arriving, he was in SLC but told me to ask for Walker. Walker was busy, so they asked for Marna in which she was also busy, but Jeremy was there to help. We were asking for one of Joey’s options, but Jeremy listened carefully and took notes to what we were looking for and navigated us through the website and showed us a few things in which we settled on looking at the car that we eventually bought. Jeremy was great to work with. My dad was in the car business for 30 years and I literally can’t stand the typical car salesman. We’ve been very impressed with those we’ve worked with at Ken Garff. Everyone seems very real and genuine. Until we met Isaac. Having spent some time with my dad as he was the old GM at Petersen on your current lot, he would point out the typical xxxxxx-bag salesman tactics. One such tactic, is to make people wait. You make them wait and wait until they’ll practically sign anything just to get off the lot. If there’s anything customers hate it’s: 1 – Waiting 2 – No communication 3 – Waiting forever This is what happened to us. We settled on the car, and we told Jeremy we had about an hour before we had to leave. Even 25 years ago on my dad’s lot, I saw Bank Finance approvals come in around 10 minutes, 15 minutes tops. Jeremy left to go talk to Isaac at about 11:20. Our son was getting out of school at 12:30, and my wife had a tutoring appointment with an 8th grade Ukrainian refugee who was failing her classes. We waited, and we waited, and we waited. No communication with anyone what was going on. We didn’t even know who Isaac was. At 1:45, our son now sitting under a tree for almost an hour-and-a-half, and my wife having missed her appointment with this poor refugee student, Isaac finally showed up, acting like it was bad news we were signing with Golden West. (Still not sure what that was about.) We understand if there’s a bad guy on the lot – it’s the finance guy. He’s the guy that’s trying to up-sale all the warranties and add-ons. So, you would think the dealership would make sure the finance guy wouldn’t give customers the “xxxxxx-bag car salesman” vibe. We had already signed up for almost all of the warranties, so when he got to the warranties signing page, he started going through the list we signed up for and even at the end kind of mumbled under his breath for the one he added on to push. Because neither of us understood the mumbling we asked some questions of how much difference in monthly payments the additional warranty was, and we debated back and forth for a minute until we decided to go ahead with it. Additional note – this was the interior exterior coverage of the car. So now Jeremy had to give us back the keys to the car we just got rid of so we could go pick up a our kid and buy him a milk shake for being so patient, because your service crew now had to comb through the car in and out to make it spotless and some poor guy spent the rest of his day trying to buff out the paint, which to Joey’s credit he finally made the call that the car just needed to be repainted. Once again, we’ll go back to wherever Mike Coleman is, he’s our guy! But we’ll probably be a little less patient when it comes to financing. Thanks again for an awesome car. More
