He communicated very well during the actual purchase portion, keeping us updated and making sure things moved along in all departments, even on a busy Saturday. It was a very pleasant car-buying experience, and I would recommend him and this dealer for anyone interested in Mercedes. They obviously keep all departments well-staffed so there is never a long wait for finance, detailing, or your full tour of all the car’s features by their delivery specialist before you drive off the lot (another perk we have never experienced at a dealership prior).
