For the first time in my life, I was not sure what car I wanted. Martin listened to my likes and recommended two models. I drove them both repeatedly over the next week. I then left the dealership to test drive nearly all the models of competitors. Martin kept in touch without pressure and answered my questions. When the time to "negotiate" arrived, I was surprised with Mike Lilley and the transparency of the process--virtually no negotiating involved, but listening to my desires and meeting them.
