Arrived at the dealership today with my wife to purchase her a car. Expected a very long and laborious process...as usual. To our surprise, that was not the case. We had an exceptional experience with no wasted time. Our sales agent listened to our request (two different models) and gave my wife a test drive in each. See picked one. The agent issued a written quote. We agreed. From arrival to leaving with her new car was a period of 2.5 hours. Great dealership, great sales staff, great finance staff. I made a point to stop by the general sales manager and the sales manager to compliment our sales agent's professionalism and courtesy. Fantastic transaction. More

You truly have great people working at MBOTW. My car is now 4 years old, and I have been extremely happy all the way from sales 4 years ago to my services today. On my way home from my recent service appointment, I hit a large landscaping concrete stone on the service road, which destroyed my front passenger tire and rim. I called Benz roadside and Miguel Orozco from MBOTW Roadside Assistance responded. Miguel was friendly but professional, and he was a blessing on a difficult day. I bought my car at MBOTW and have used their services for everything related my car. I have been very pleased with all the staff at MBOTW starting with Martin, Ashley, Gaston, Miguel and others.
