Jeremiah Rose is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. Every single time I come in to have my vehicle serviced he is a jerk right off the bat. I have come to the conclusion th have ever met in my life. Every single time I come in to have my vehicle serviced he is a jerk right off the bat. I have come to the conclusion that it’s his personality. He is not fit to work with the public. He is entitled, cocky, short tempered. He gets annoyed when you ask him for something as simple as a copy of the work completed form the appointment. On numerous occasions he has rolled his eyes at me and said in a snarky tone “I don’t care.” Well it shows he doesn’t care. He doesn’t respect the customers or his job. Until he is FIRED I will never give this place a perfect score. He is harmful to the business. JEREMIAH ROSE NEEDS TO BR FIRED. I will do everything In my power to make this happen. He needs to go. More
