From the moment Martin introduced himself he made us feel so relaxed. The gave us a good trade in offer and worked to get us into our 2025 Traverse. BUT Martin gave us a couple of traverse options and Seth was able to make the numbers happen. On the 2nd day we came in to finalize everything. I had a disappointing experience with the service I received. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and hardly acknowledged me when I arrived for my appointment. There was no follow-up received. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and hardly acknowledged me when I arrived for my appointment. There was no follow-up after the service, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. During my last visit, they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, and while he expressed concern about my baby and me waiting if the service took longer than expected, I felt it was inappropriate for him to comment on our situation. The truth is, we only have one vehicle, so waiting is the only option for us. Overall, I found him to be unfriendly, and I have not had any positive experiences with him. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers. More
