He listened to what I was looking for, showed me all vehicles that I wanted to see, pointed out the features and sold me on the Limited. Ron in aftermarket and accessories took care of all of my requests! Above and beyond great service. He had my remote start installed exactly when promised, showed me how to operate it and I was on my way! The finance process was amazing, (We requested Marty to handle our financing since we’ve know him for several years) To say that financing my vehicle was painless is absolutely true. Marty explained all the warranties that I wanted to add and how they would benefit me. I told him where I was comfortable with my payments and he made it happen! In the process of completing the lease I leased a vehicle threw Oak Lawn Toyota. The salesman Dominik was extremely nice and so was his manager Steve. In the process of completing the lease there were some bumps in the road. It lead to me having the car looked at. Steve and Dominik bent over backwords for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by getting me into another vehicle.
