I was pleased to have Marvin as my new service advisor. He was receptive, patient and answered all my questions and concerns about my 2018 Chevy Trax. He was expedient in contacting the warranty insurance company to make sure my extended warranty covered a replacement radiator and arranged a rental car for me. I felt confident in his professional opinion given his previous GM service experience. Marvin kept me updated on the status of my car by text and by phone which I appreciated. After the 30,000 mile service was completed and my car phone and radio was updated, he set up my cell phone on the MyChevy app so I could access Google Maps on my cars screen before I left the lot.
