We use Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia occasionally for our fleet and I've got to say they are one of the best. The welcoming to the service area is always welcoming. This time we worked with a different servi fleet and I've got to say they are one of the best. The welcoming to the service area is always welcoming. This time we worked with a different service advisor names Marvin and he is as well splendid. Marvin helped us out, was very friendly, and very communicative with status and updates. Vehicle was at top notch and working great again when it was picked up. Turnaround time was fast and efficient and stayed word to estimated time of completion. Thank you again team! More

I was pleased to have Marvin as my new service advisor. He was receptive, patient and answered all my questions and concerns about my 2018 Chevy Trax. He was expedient in contacting the warranty insurance He was receptive, patient and answered all my questions and concerns about my 2018 Chevy Trax. He was expedient in contacting the warranty insurance company to make sure my extended warranty covered a replacement radiator and arranged a rental car for me. I felt confident in his professional opinion given his previous GM service experience. Marvin kept me updated on the status of my car by text and by phone which I appreciated. After the 30,000 mile service was completed and my car phone and radio was updated, he set up my cell phone on the MyChevy app so I could access Google Maps on my cars screen before I left the lot.
