Our experience at Dean Team Volkswagen was phenomenal. This is the second time in the last 4 years that we have bought a car from them. First of all, I love Volkswagens because they are sharp looking cars with the non shocking sticker price. Plus, they are just so reliable. Sarah S was our sales person and we really enjoyed our experience with her that day. I walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted, which she knew, but she still spent the time showing me less expensive cars and explaining the different features of all of the cars. She was also the only sales person that spent a lot of time explaining how to use all of the features in the car. I drove away feeling that I was not going to have to crack open the user's manual that was provided. Our day was not only enjoyable but very stress free, which is not how I envisioned my car buying experience would be. I would 100% refer all of my family and friends to Sarah and Dean Team. More

Luci was exceptional. We had done our homework looking for a replacement for our 2006 Subaru Forester and had chosen two nearly identical 2025 vehicles, although technically one was "new" and one was "used" -- but of the same model year. Luci was very helpful in answering our questions about the vehicles in general and in the differences between the two. All in all, we enjoyed the experience, made our choice without any pressure or sales gimmicks and came away with a car that precisely fit our needs. Thank you, Luci! More
