I've been strong handed into buying extras I did not want or need, I've sat in very tense atmospheres where you feel as if you don't have any say in the transaction. I'm very glad to say this was not the experience at Branhaven. A simple email sent from their website started what I'd like to consider a great relationship between our family and Branhaven. My wife and I are leasing a 2019 Wrangler with intent to buy and we worked with Matt Cestaro, Carlos Vidal & Steve Lakomski, this dream team listened patiently to every want and need we had and walked us step by step in the process. We were given multiple finance options, we were given a thorough test drive and walk around with the car and more importantly than all, we were given time, Matt encouraged us to sleep on it and really think about what we were doing and by doing so, it became obvious this dealership wasn't like the others. To top it all off, the day we came to pick up our new car, there was an approaching thunderstorm, not wanting to leave our puppy alone at home we took a chance bringing her only to have everyone in the dealer welcome her and play with her as we processed paperwork. Once again, all from a simple email just to get more information on leasing, our family is now a Jeep family and we cannot wait for the next Wrangler that we will get from Branhaven. More

The whole process was actually fun, which is what leasing a new car should be like! He gave me great options that fit inside my price point, and did whatever he could to make the numbers work for me. He was professional and never felt like he was pushing me into a higher price point. Jonathon Minichino was also outstanding to work with. He had us laughing the whole time, he was personable and professional and so fair. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I signed right away, and left with the perfect car!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, the people are a pleasure to work with. More

Living in the northwest hills of CT I took my time looking, searching for the car I really wanted. I was not settling for any less. I came across a jeep on cargurus and fell in love. So I hopped in my rental for an hour plus drive to check this car out. I was not disappointed. The jeep was in tip top shape, Matt was extremely friendly and John made the financing a breeze! Maybe its being in my mid 20's, but I found these guys extremely personable and easy to connect with. They found ways to connect with you and make car buying simple. The drive was 100% worth it! Will definitely be using them again! Thanks for everything Branhaven :) More

Matt is knowledgeabl The experience from start to finish, from test drive to dealing with finance was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Matt is knowledgeable, kind and responsive. He never made me feel like I would walk away NOT getting the best deal possible. Steve who I dealt with in regards to finance, was just as wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I felt like I walked out of Branhaven with a great vehicle and a place I will return for another when my lease is up. It was a pleasure doing business here and I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More
