Disrespectful to my wife My wife went in there to purchase her fourth car in the last 5 months. After I met with the salesman originally my wife took care of the paperwork My wife went in there to purchase her fourth car in the last 5 months. After I met with the salesman originally my wife took care of the paperwork from there on. I was upset to hear how disrespectful Robert treated my wife after the car shut down three hours after we drove off. Not only was the car filthy it was on fumes and I had to fuel up before I getting home which I only live 12 miles away. Would not recommend this dealership to no one. Even Matt a manager was cold and unconcerned when talking to him about the car issues. More

Very unprofessional I bought a new Dodge Charger (for my sons 16th birthday)within hours it stopped working. It was dirty and had almost no gas. I live 12 miles away an I bought a new Dodge Charger (for my sons 16th birthday)within hours it stopped working. It was dirty and had almost no gas. I live 12 miles away and I needed to fuel up to get home. After 6 days in service it was fixed. My salesman Robert Luluain was professional when selling the car, but the moment it stopped working he was out of line, and unhelpful. He was rude when I was talking to him about the car falling apart within hours and how I was concerned that this would be a problem with the car. I asked him for rubber floor matts for the hassle I was put through. He said he would need to put it on another deal and than get them to me. When I asked about the status of the matts, he responds “ Ummm after you left me a horrible review. Not gonna happen” I lease 4 ( sometimes 5) Chrysler’s every two years. I have always gone to LaFontaine. But this time because of the specks my son wanted I went to Golling . Oh what a hassle and disrespectful environment that was. Thank you for listening to my rant, I was excited to get my son the car he dreamed about for his birthday, an experience that should of been joyous turned out horrible. More
