Hard to get Vehicle...and we got it! I walked in to Bayside knowing what I wanted as well as the difficulty it might take to get it. I kept quiet and checked out the Durango on the floor I walked in to Bayside knowing what I wanted as well as the difficulty it might take to get it. I kept quiet and checked out the Durango on the floor to get a close look. I'm a research kinda person so after asking if they had the F8 Green (which they didn't- not many at that point had it in stock), Giovanni told me on the way out- "You find the car and we will get it for you. Anywhere. Just find the car". The quest began... A month later, I found THE Durango and I first made an attempt to call the Dealer and talk turkey but I'd rather not say what I found out but suffice it to say- they were not going to let the car go easily! So, I walked back into to Bayside and spoke with Gio who then directed me to Kelrone Taylor, who would quarterback the game of getting the car from there to here. not only did he arrange it, he went with one of the sales guys (sorry I could not remember his name) and literally picked the car up for me! Not only was that classy, it saved me the trip! Highest grades and remarks possible for everyone at Bayside I dealt with- Gio, Kelrone, Matt and Sean. I'll be quite frank- Gio and Kelrone know their biz and how to go about getting it done. Matt made me an offer that was fair and, as a businessman myself, I had to give him respect for coming with a well thought of proposal. I smiled and even told him that he made it too difficult to say no! Sean is easy to relate to and definitely dedicated. One thing I respected is that they all said the same- make sure you read everything. Auto purchasing can be fraught with frustration and at the same time blissful as nirvana. We all go through the gambit of emotions and dealerships have a stigma of exploiting those same emotions. I give these guys credit for NOT acting like that. I felt very comfortable around everyone and, at no time did I feel like I was being sold the Brooklyn Bridge! More

Amazing experience. My husband and I both got Grand Cherokees the limited Edition, fully loaded. We got an amazing deal and we have Sam Kim to thank for that.
