Dont have a problem with the service dept, but Ford Motor company and Mike Murphey Ford knew this years model had an Oil Pan Leaking problem. Nothing was said to me when I purchased the truck, I found out af company and Mike Murphey Ford knew this years model had an Oil Pan Leaking problem. Nothing was said to me when I purchased the truck, I found out after I had to return it for service twice, that this is a major problem with this oil pan. From everything Ive read online and been told by the service techs, This is just a temporary fix and that it WILL leak again. This should have been disclosed at purchase, AND Ford should have a Fix by now. More
