After warranty work was complete my car pulls right and

Never mentioned the coolant smell I had asked to have checked. Driving home the car was exactly like when I arrived to get the alignment fixed. Called and left message with Matt at around 2pm and never received a call back. Called the next day and had to leave another message. He called and said they had checked the coolant issue but I really don't know. Now I have to pay someone to fix the alignment which was fine before the work. When I first bought the car the alignment was off and they were suppose to check it and I ended up taking it elsewhere to get it fixed. Not sure if their equipment needs calibrated or what. Im giving 2 stars because the original work was completed but my car smells like coolant and oil now.

Secondly, the service members are trustworthy and knowledgeable. I never feel like I, a female with minimal car knowledge, am taken advantage of. I, of course, always call my dad, who lives 800 miles away, for a second opinion and they’ve never let me down. We’ve purchased one vehicle from them, which was a good experience, but this review is really focusing on the service department. I will continue to take me vehicles (even the one not purchased there) to Mike Murphy. 10/10
