My 2017 ford truck was having engine issues Matt Kerry and Jesse with the help of Amber did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue letting me know the cost and getting it repaired . I bought a truck that had illegal tint and the tires stuck out past the wheel wells. Knowing this, they put an inspection sticker on it anyway. The following year when I had an issue getting it inspecte stuck out past the wheel wells. Knowing this, they put an inspection sticker on it anyway. The following year when I had an issue getting it inspected in my area I went back to Tim's and they put another inspection sticker on it knowing the violations. This year I returned to Tim's and they wouldn't pass it. The service manager told me that they had documentation that they had removed the tint and implied that I had put it on which was a lie. So they also clearly falsified their documentation. Then when I had them patch a couple of nail holes in my tires they broke one of the tire pressure sensors and then asked if I wanted it fixed. I was later told they fixed it "free of charge." Mighty nice of them to fix what they broke for free. After I left, my truck has a really bad front end shake and the drivers side tire has annoying scratching sound coming from it. When I made it home, I realized that had they neglected to put my registration back in my truck and now have to mail it to me. Needless to say I wouldn't buy another truck from Tim's or have them service my truck. More

Bought a car with a clunking sound. Mechanics tried to fix it after multiple times in and out of their service department and never did an alignment when replacing suspension parts as t Mechanics tried to fix it after multiple times in and out of their service department and never did an alignment when replacing suspension parts as they absolutely should have. They then argued with me that they didn’t need to do an alignment (spoke with other certified mechanics to confirm this is untrue). The missed alignment cause my back tires to wear and cause swaying driving down highway (I have two kids I want safe in my car with me). They said they would talk about getting a reimbursement for my tires and I never heard back from them. Have tried to be in contact with both GMs, Jeff and Liz multiple times over the span of about TWO MONTHS trying to set up an in person meeting. After spending over $40,000 in one day on my husbands and my car, I have heard nothing back from either of them. Absolutely horrible experience with this entire dealership and will absolutely make sure to tell everyone I know don’t waste their time or money. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More
