Disappointed. Even though I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, I watched my Palisade site in the lot untouched for 4.5 hours. Every time I inquired, I was Even though I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, I watched my Palisade site in the lot untouched for 4.5 hours. Every time I inquired, I was told it was always pending as I watched the wating room fill and clear twice while I waited. Then, when I insisted it was finally brought in and had the tires and brakes checked (something I did not ask for). I was told that since I waited so long, I was not going to get charged for the inspection (out of warranty by 1.5 months) of the rear drive and suspension issue (and noise). Which was NEVER done! The noise persisted after I finally left, and the bad suspension ride as well. SO no charge meant no inspection! (even though I was 'told' it was). I wasted the entire day (6 hours) waiting at the dealership for nothing more than an oil change and excuses of bad internal communication. The issue is worse. I still need to find a solution. More
