Ron Sjahfiedin treated us fairly and proved willing to work with us on all of our purchases. Our sales cycle was lengthy due to my schedule but Ron patiently hung in there with just the right amount of contact. We were looking for a Rav4 but Ron kept our options open and found us the 'perfect' car. I look forward to dealing with him again. There was great follow-up by Matt Murphy and Peter Cavicchi that told us we were in the right place. More

From Matt's initial response to my e-mailed concerns about our recently purchased used Toyota Land Cruiser to the way I was treated by Taylor and the rest of the service team when I brought the car in and how my concerns were handled; I give my experience an A+. Unfortunately, I'm not around the corner from the dealership (about an hour away) but they made that easy on me by providing a loaner car. My daughter made herself at home and even had a banana and a cookie (nice touch) in the waiting room while I filled out the paperwork. Taylor addressed each of my concerns, even one that I had forgotten to mention when I dropped the car off and went the extra mile to address each of them. We love the car and I'm happy to make the trip to have the Falmouth team take care of me. They're that good! More

Excellent Service with a Smile I have been coming to Falmouth Toyota for service on my vehicles for many years and I must say that they are beyond a doubt the best service team in t I have been coming to Falmouth Toyota for service on my vehicles for many years and I must say that they are beyond a doubt the best service team in the business. These guys treat you like family which is part of the reason why I drive all the way from Franklin, MA for service. Where should I start my review. In my last couple of visits I can share the following: Townsend Wells provided impeccable service from start to finish on the repairs to my Tundra. Jodi Martino dropped what she was doing to ensure that I was not waiting an extra minute for a rental car. Jared Neves squeezed me in on a busy weekend morning without an appointment on the books in a way that didn't make me feel like I was imposing. Taylor Voner with his considerable knowledge of my vehicle convinced me not to delay a very long overdue timing belt replacement in such a way that it was money well spent. Les Pike was extremely courteous and prompt in relaying messages to my service assistants when they were unavailable. Jesse Szumita went out of his was to refer me to a third party for some additional work that they felt could handle the repairs just as well and for considerably less money then if they were to replace the system new. It would not be right to mention the above folks without complimenting two of their managers Bob Andrews and Matt Murphy. Bob is an all around great guy that helps the rest of team really feel confident in what they are doing and represent. As for Matt Murphy you cannot say enough about a guy that goes out of his way every day to help ensure that this family business makes every customer feel like they want to both buy and service their vehicles with Falmouth Toyota. My sincerest thanks to all of you guys and the entire team at Falmouth Toyota! More

Easiest car buying experience of our lives We were referred to Falmouth Toyota through a friend who had worked there. We were able to do most of the transaction over the phone. We let them know what we wanted, how much we could afford and they took care of the rest. The owner Matt Murphy gave us the best deal he possibly could and we went down to the dealership to test drive. John O'Keefe helped us with the sale. Explained the ins and outs of the car and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Ian was able to work a miracle to get us the financing we needed to stay in our budget. He was able to get us an a final number including some extras that we wanted. Knowing we without a car until we could pick up the new one they were kind enough to give us a loaner for a week, which made my day to day life much easier. I never expected to get such great treatment from a dealership. There was no run around, no haggling, and we walked away knowing we got a great deal. Falmouth Toyota has customers for life. More
