I was so very pleased with both the product and the service that I have decided that they are now my go-to place for purchasing and service. I am always well treated and so is my car. My recent Corolla had over 220,000 miles on it and could have kept going with their good help but I felt ready for another new car and selected a 2014 Corolla. I have full faith in their ability to keep this car on the road for another 220,000 if I wish to drive it for that long again. I have no hesitation in recommending Falmouth Toyota. More

Easy and stressfree certified pre-owned purchase I was in the market to replace my 10 year old vehicle, but as a mother of 3 kids and working in Boston, it seemed I didn't have enough time to dedicat I was in the market to replace my 10 year old vehicle, but as a mother of 3 kids and working in Boston, it seemed I didn't have enough time to dedicate to the process. Month after month, I was given the runaround by several dealerships who either no longer had the vehicle I was interested in or called me relentlessly to try and sell me a different vehicle. This was both time-consuming and frustrating. ENTER FALMOUTH TOYOTA!---my life saver dealership! I contacted them once and not only were they prompt and courteous, but they were super efficient, not afraid to provide a reasonable price by email. Although the car I inquired about had sold, Shallana Medina quickly found another one. I visited this dealership without an appointment on a weeknight and bought the car. Received a good price and fair offer for my trade. I cannot even put into words how easy, STRESSFREE, and worthwhile this purchase was, thanks to the employees at this dealership. Plus-they did this all notwithstanding their make-shift setup while the building is under construction. Falmouth Toyota has completely changed my perception of "the process" to purchase a car. No pressure at ALL, straight-forward honest and considerate sales approach was absolutely amazing and surprisingly fun and pleasant. I am a skeptic by nature and everyone here proved I didn't need any skepticism. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Toyota Highlander, and so does my family!!! I especially would like to extend thanks to Dave DiGravio who patiently and considerately explained every feature and option in the new car, even when I said "oh I wil check it out later." He handled my response perfectly, by showing me anyway (as truth be told it would've been 6 months before I found the time to figure the cool features out on my own). He even synced my phone to the car before I left. Can't thank you all enough for such a wonderful experience. I will not only purchase here again, but I have been raving about this experience and telling all my co-workers, friends and family to send them here too! More
