We have worked with Matt Rizzo for many years and continue to go back because of his professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for his customers. My husband and I have trusted him to purchase not continue to go back because of his professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for his customers. My husband and I have trusted him to purchase not only our own vehicles, but our children's as well. Even when he hasn’t had what we were looking for on the lot, he has always provided us with knowledgeable advice, transparency, and honest opinions on vehicles we were considering elsewhere. Matt is the kind of salesman who makes you feel valued, respected, and never pressured. His approach is truly customer-first, making every transaction seamless, stress-free, and hassle-free. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are confident in your purchase. And when it comes to maintaining those vehicles, Rich Nowlan in the service department is hands down the best person to work with. He is honest, straightforward, and never pushy. We appreciate that he takes the time to explain things clearly and doesn’t recommend unnecessary repairs — just what’s truly needed to keep our vehicles running their best. I would confidently refer Matt and Rich to anyone who wants a trustworthy, friendly, and reliable team when buying or servicing a vehicle. Thank you both for your continued dedication, honesty, and exceptional service—you’ve made car buying and ownership an enjoyable experience for our family. More
