I went to a local dealer first even though their reviews were not great simply for the convenience of driving a few miles to buy a car. If you are like me you have a pretty good idea of what the car should cost. When we got down to the numbers they were WAY WAY off. I found the experience to be insulting. I felt sorry for the sales person to be working for a dealer that kills sales knowing he works off commission. With Matt at Front Royal Ford the experience was the opposite. We talked about it I gave him my target number and we were able to work things out pretty quickly. He text me a detailed breakdown and thats what it was in the end. No games a fair price! Sure I had to drive a little over an hour to get there but the follow day I did and there was no xx when I got there. We took a quick test drive, he went over the technology, filled out the paperwork DONE! In and out in no time. Patricia the finance manager was great too, very pleasant and efficient - I feel confident she took care of the details with the dmv and I don’t have to worry about a nightmare down the road. So if you considering a new car make the drive and give these guys a shot!! More
