I bought a 2023 70th Anniversary Corvette from Front Royal Ford in VA. I live in TX. To say the least this was interesting buy. My salesman, Rodrigo Marino, was excellent! He went above and beyond for Royal Ford in VA. I live in TX. To say the least this was interesting buy. My salesman, Rodrigo Marino, was excellent! He went above and beyond for me. He was extremely respectful to me every time I talked with him! Tony, Sales manage, also went above and beyond to make this deal go through! There were times I thought the deal was off, and every time Tony/Rodrigo ensured me things were going to alright, and they were! I highly recommend these guys. I wish I was a ford guy. If I was, I'd be back every time to buy from them. Also shout out for Derrick Evans, finance guy, for also making things easy for me. Finally, Patricia Terrazas helped me many times as well.. She was extremely helpful and professional. Can't go wrong with these guys! More

The employees are nice, but I cant recommend buying a used car from them. The car I purchased was listed at $28,500. I went in to see if I could make a deal and the dealer came at me with $40,000 for the used car from them. The car I purchased was listed at $28,500. I went in to see if I could make a deal and the dealer came at me with $40,000 for the car after the absurd amount of fees and services that they try and tack on to the posted price. On top of that they completely low ball the trade in value of whatever car it is you're trading in. I was trading in a 2021 kia forte GT that only had 34,500 miles on it, had absolutely no issues with it, and was trade valued at 20k on kbb and 22500 on carvana. I ended up having to fight with the manager for him to give me 16k for the car. They were originally trying to give me only 15k for it which is basically just enough to pay off the loan. I get it you guys need to make a profit but you guys are literally robbing people with the margins that you're trying to pull. I DID end up making a purchase because I was able to talk them down on the price of the car I was looking at, but then it didn't end there. Whenever I got the car home and looked under the hood the dealership had literally done nothing to car and its actually missing things under the hood. Its missing the lid to the intake and its completely missing a hose to the blow off valve. On top of that they didnt make sure that the car had engine coolant in it, brake fluid, or windshield wiper fluid so I was forced to go out and purchase that on top of it. I waited there for an hour while they "Detailed" the car and the inside of it literally wasn't touched. The seatbelts were filthy, the dashboard has dried food on it that I still cant get off from the previous owner. And to top it all off they filled it with unleaded gas instead of premium which is required for the vehicle that I purchased. I could tell because of the fuel economy of the vehicle. That car only gets 28mpg with unleaded and 36 with premium. As soon as I filled it with premium gas the mpg shot up to the 36mpg of where its supposed to be at. Again, the employees were very nice, but of course they are going to be nice to. They need/want your money and will try to do anything and everything to get it. So I cannot recommend buying a used car from them unfortunately. I cant speak for the new car buying experience though. I would honestly just steer clear all together. More

Again, no pressure and my purchasing experience was very satisfying... the sales agent was especially gracious and attentive to the features I was looking for on my purchase. More
