Unfortunately, my purchase didn’t go through as planned after driving 1.5 hours only to be told that the vehicle I came for was sold the evening before after I had an appointment to see it. Upon arriving, after driving 1.5 hours only to be told that the vehicle I came for was sold the evening before after I had an appointment to see it. Upon arriving, I was shown the vehicle, allowed to test drive it and begin processing when I’m told that it was not available. There was a lack of communication between all sales staff / management or lack of procedures. It turned out a day later that sale fell through. It was only by the persistence of my salesman Jennifer that made the purchase possible. The purchase worked out eventually but the overall experience was frustrating. More
