This was my experience with this particular store. I had a cam phaser issue in July which they replaced no problem ( or so I thought. ) Then in November of the same yr. I had to have a new transmiss I had a cam phaser issue in July which they replaced no problem ( or so I thought. ) Then in November of the same yr. I had to have a new transmission installed. Which took 6 weeks to complete. When I got my truck back it had an exhaust leak, the transfer case has a leak now plus on further inspection I also have a oil leak which is coming from the passenger side valve cover and you could tell that it was a fresh leak also the plastic cover for the motor was broken, and they put a factory skid plate under the transmission which they zip tied it on. When I told them about the various issues they came and got my truck to supposedly fix the issues. After 2weeks of them having it. I called to get an update and they said there waiting on parts after another 4 week's they left a voicemail saying my truck was done. Then when I asked about the issues they said that my truck is an older truck and I should expect issues from them disturbing things on my truck. Mind you it only has 156000 on now and it's been took care of. I tried to get a hold of the service manager. No answer so I left a voicemail. After a week I called the regional manager and the next day the service manager called. He sent me a new motor cover and some UV dye to put in the motor to find the leak but it's obvious on where it is and my truck had no leaks before it went there. So if this is what they consider professional work or customer service then I don't need any part of it More
