I was born and raised in Los Angeles and have been fortunate to live in Oregon, Minnesota, and Washington before finally settling here in beautiful Georgia. When my best friend moved here at age nine, I promised I’d join him someday—and now we live just 15 minutes apart! It’s funny how life has a way of bringing things full circle. I’ve always believed in the power of friendships and the unexpected journeys they can lead us on. Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants and discovering hidden gems—whether it’s a cozy spot with the best tacos in town or a local BBQ joint with big flavor. I’m grateful to now call Georgia home and look forward to connecting with customers and helping them find a vehicle that fits perfectly with their own life journey.

Coming back from Atlanta, there was a rock in the middle of the diamond lane on I-85N which I couldn't avoid hitting. The next day, we took my 2023 Forester Premium to Subaru of Gwinnett where it was purch of the diamond lane on I-85N which I couldn't avoid hitting. The next day, we took my 2023 Forester Premium to Subaru of Gwinnett where it was purchased the end of 2022 to be checked out underneath for damage. Ashley greeting us in a friendly manner & set us up with Issa as our service advisor. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & said they would do a complete safety check on the entire car. He gave me the good news that there was no damage & even had the car washed. I asked how much for their service which was over an hour & he replied "nothing." I wanted to pay them for their time but they insisted "no charge." I can't say enough about this dealership, the staff & the car itself. It has performed flawlessly & is jam packed with safety features. Thanks again Subaru of Gwinnett. Happy New Year! More

Not entirely happy with corporate Subaru business practices and this dealership was no different in my personal opinion. I don’t purchase a vehicle based on love. The people are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable and their facility is great, clean, with snacks and drinks provided. My only complaint is I purposely made a 1 o’clock appointment for a tire patch/flat their facility is great, clean, with snacks and drinks provided. I get it wasn’t patchable and we had to replace all 4 tires instead of just 1, I don’t get why it took so long. More

Matthew made the process so easy! He and I only communicated via text and email (it was my preference to communicate this way) until the day I came to pick up my car. Even though I ha He and I only communicated via text and email (it was my preference to communicate this way) until the day I came to pick up my car. Even though I had never met him or even spoken to him, I felt like he was an old friend just helping a friend out and that I could trust him. He kept me informed on when my car would be arriving which in turn kept me excited instead of anxious like I normally would be. Then to top it all off he made sure we were able to get in and out of the dealership as fast as possible on the day we came to complete the purchase and drive off in our new Ascent. We were only at the dealership for a whole hour and a half!!! Matthew and everyone else we worked with (I believe Tim was the Finance person we spoke to) were absolutely amazing to work with! We couldn't have dreamt of having a better experience! Thank you, Matthew and Tim (I hope I got your name right), for everything you did for us! I'm loving my new 2023 Ascent Touring! More
