I bought a car in 2024 and for reasons that were not Lester Glenn’s fault they helped me trade on my 2014 Traverse for the 2026 Traverse which came with more technology and upgrades. Bull was kind and e Lester Glenn’s fault they helped me trade on my 2014 Traverse for the 2026 Traverse which came with more technology and upgrades. Bull was kind and explained things to me so that I was able to understand them. I also received support from one of the GM’s TJ. Both TJ and Bill called me within a few days to see how I was doing with the new car. I definitely felt that I received the “Lester Glenn” positive experience.
