After researching several dealerships, and based on the number of excellent reviews -- my husband and I decided to visit Prestige Volvo. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Deborah Amster-Smith. S number of excellent reviews -- my husband and I decided to visit Prestige Volvo. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Deborah Amster-Smith. She was so knowledgeable and confident when speaking to us about the new vehicle we were in search of -- and was quick to walk us through all of the standard features, options, packages and financing terms. It didn't take us long to decide where and from whom we wanted to purchase our new S60. In the two trips we had made to the dealership, we were approached by several employees -- the GM, other salespeople, receptionists, as well as the finance manager. Every single one of them greeted us with a smile and made sure we were being taken care of. Also, the amount of time we spent with the finance manager going through all of the paperwork was much less than what we had experienced at other dealerships. On the few occasions we tried contacting the dealership, our calls were returned in a timely manner. Matthew Haiken, the GM, even went as far as to call us back while he was out of the office -- just to make certain that all of our questions were answered, as well as to provide to most competitive pricing on the vehicle we wanted. We would rate the overall service and experience at this dealership as "OUTSTANDING" -- and would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Deborah! She was terrific -- from start to finish, and went above and beyond in making sure our new car purchase was effortless and memorable! We are so thrilled with our new Volvo and are so happy to now be a part of the Prestige Family! More

I visited Prestige Volvo last week to look into the great 2 year lease offer Volvo had on the 2013 S60's. I currently own a 2012 S60 and contacted Joel Casser who worked with me last time I bought my car. 2 year lease offer Volvo had on the 2013 S60's. I currently own a 2012 S60 and contacted Joel Casser who worked with me last time I bought my car. I have leased/purchased 4 Volvo's from Prestige and was looking to make it a 5th! Joel was his usual courteous and efficient self but we were not able to come to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. I had my eye on a 2013 S60 AWD with a Beechwood interior. To Joel's credit, he knew this was the car I wanted, so he went to bat for me with Marc(the Sales Mgr) and then Matt(the owner) When I came to work Monday, Joel presented me with an offer I simply couldn't refuse! I picked up the car last night and it drives great!(even better than my 2012 FWD S60) Everyone at the dealership ALWAYS treats me great. I would not hesistate recommending Prestige to family and friends ANYTIME! More

This was my first visit to Prestige Volvo and it was a great experience. All personnel were friendly and helpful. No one pressured me at all. I have visited several Volvo dealerships in NJ and Prestige is the best by far. I reside in Monmouth County and the travel time to Prestige was well worth it. Joel had a thorough knowledge of the XC70's features and answered all our questions during the walk around and the test drive. We agreed on a fair price and completed the deal quickly. I returned the following Saturday to pick up the vehicle. Joel had the car detailed and in excellent condition. Joel spent time with my wife and me sitting in the car to show us the car's features. This vehicle was serviced at Prestige by the prior owner. We asked for the service records. Joel provided an 8 page printout of the dealership service records for the vehicle going back to 2008. Pat had the financial paperwork all ready and we completed the paperwork very quickly. As another reviewer stated: If you are a serious buyer and they have what you want you will buy a car from this dealership. The icing on the cake was Joel even gave us Gund teddy bears for my son and his friends. I highly recommend this dealership and dealing with Joel Casser personally. I can't say enough about the excellent job Joel did for us. Thanks! More

At 32 years old, I've been leasing cars for 10 years now and have driven a Chevy Trailblazer, Lexus IS250 and most recent was my 4 door Honda Accord. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was let go fr and have driven a Chevy Trailblazer, Lexus IS250 and most recent was my 4 door Honda Accord. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was let go from my job towards the end of March 2012. I moved back in with my parents in Cedar Grove, New Jersey for the first since I left for college at 18 years old. It wasn't easy, but I had to do what I could financially. Therefore, with my Honda lease expiring in July 2012 I now have a lot of free time to look for a new car, while looking for a new job as well. I am honest when I say that since I was torn between a sports car, crossover, suv, FWD, 4WD, AWD, and most of all price, that there were a lot of options out there. I went to Lexus, Infiniti, Ford, Kia, Chevrolet, GMC, Acura, BMW, Hyundai and Honda over the month of April and May. I narrowed down my final options to the Lexus IS250, Infinity G37 and Ford Edge Limited. THIS DECISION WAS KILLING ME!!! "WAIT A SECOND...VOLVO!!!" "DO THEY HAVE ANYTHING NICE IN MY PRICE RANGE???" So I decided to drive to the closest dealership which was about 20 minutes away. All the others were within 5 minutes and let me say EXTREMELY FORCEFUL TRYING TO GET ME IN A NEW CAR. I hate being pressured into sales and as a Property Manager for high end rental homes, I know how sales can be. That pushy method is old and doesn't work anymore. If anything people want nothing to do with you. If you have a great product at the right price, it will all fall into place with the customer. So my first visit was in early June, in the afternoon and I was wearing adidas jogging pants with a t-shirt. My first thought was these guys like all the other high end dealers I visited wont talk to me unless I say something first. Well, complete opposite. I was greeted by their secretary who was very charming and instantly asked what I was looking for and she got me Jeff Barish who was a sales and leasing consultant. He treated me with the utmost respect and class and told me all about the T5-S60 along with the new T5 due to be out soon which will be 4WD and be cheaper than the T6-S60. So then he took me on a test drive in the AWD 300hp T6. I fell in love in an instant. High class, sporty, so much power, great handling with curbs and great Torque. Everything about this was quality. Jeff knew everything about the car and when we got back told me the numbers. I didn't fight because I knew with what I was looking at that would be the price range. Anyway, 3 weeks later I send an email to the sales managers and let them know my final 3 options which were the Lexus IS250 and Infiniti G37. I immediately got replies and calls from Marc Apirian, Matthew Haiken and Pat Masone. They told me what they could do and IT WORKED!!!! I went in to test drive the FWD version which was in the price range I needed with a new salesman names William. MY original salesman Jeff was away for a week vacation. So this new man William was just as incredible. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel even more comfortable. He spoke about his sales history and where he came from. We had to drive to a private lot to see the exact car and he did not rush me one mili-second. He said "Id rather be with you, than in the showroom." That made me feel very valued. Well, I signed the next day and I love my new 2012 black on black T5 S60. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! THANK U SO MUCH PRESTIGE. I'm only 32 and we have many years ahead of us to do business. More

Had excellent service -owned approx 5 Volvos in our family-Mathew runs an excellent dealership with fair pricing and excellent service. Jay in service follows through as promised, works briskly with insurance adjuster when needed and is honest. He told us certain things did not need repair now and saved us a lot of money. Patricia diligently got us a loaner vehicle on short notice and helped us tremendously during a difficult situation with another autobody shop. We had out car taken to an autobody shop that the insurance recommended and after dealing now with Volvo the car is finally fixed after multiple attempts with the other shop . We will always in future bring it right to Geico. . I have dealt with other dealerships including Mercedes, Nissan, Saab and Audi and it never fails that Prestige Volvo beats them all. More

I have to give Prestige Volvo top ratings because we now have been through at least our 8th or 9th time we have had transactions with them....whether leasing, buying or trading in our volvos. The level of service and attention to detail combined with the genuine effort to meet our pricing constraints has been exemplary. Our most recent transaction, trading in an old volvo for a new was primarily completed over the phone, with a 1/2 hour follow up visit to complete paperwork. I mean really, when has anyone out there dealt with a car dealer that has taken so little time on the one hand, and completed the entire transaction in as professional and competent a manner as possible, all while meeting our very exacting budget requirements. If you are considering a Volvo, I wouldn't go anywhere else! The level of service simply can't be beat. More
