Matthew is always great; he is my advisory. I spoke with Amy and described my issue. She scheduled the appointment; however, the issue was about my tire, which were recently replaced at the de I spoke with Amy and described my issue. I asked her if the tire was in stock and she wanted me to speak with the parts department. I told her the tires were replaced by Volvo and would be under warranty. I shared with Amy that I felt this should be her role and she wasn't happy. She told me there was no record of the type of tires that were installed. At that point, I asked to speak with Matthew and he took care of it immediately! Matthew understands customer service and I'm super grateful. He had to have the tire ordered and rescheduled my appointment so the tire arrived in time (which is what I was trying to prevent from happening}.
