Matthew really is my go-to person at Niello when it comes to my Volvo Service. My last service was for a 70K and, unfortunately, the second windshield replacement this year (thanks California roads!). Ma to my Volvo Service. My last service was for a 70K and, unfortunately, the second windshield replacement this year (thanks California roads!). Matthew was 100% on my side for any and all repair work, making sure that things that needed to get done were done properly. He always listens to my little quips about little things on the car, but even in the case of a loose bracket on the moonroof that was causing the pinch sensor to trigger, he spotted it rather quickly and had it fixed by the team in no time. Volvos (and Niello) aren't exactly cheap to maintain once the warranty period ends. I purchased a CPO XC90, along with an extended warranty and so far any concerns I've had are getting taken care of. While not related to my service trip: I do wish that Niello had more CPO vehicles. There are many deals through Costco that come up for used, but the cars need to be Certified. The Bay Area dealers seem to have a bunch of them, but I find them hard to come by here in Sacramento. More
