most repair workers charge a fee to diagnose a problem, but if you have them fix it they subtract the diagnose fee from the labor charge (probably because most of the labor is already done digging into the but if you have them fix it they subtract the diagnose fee from the labor charge (probably because most of the labor is already done digging into the problm.) Not with Ferman. Disapointed that they do this double billing in my opinion. If I elected to not have the repair done I woudl expect to just pay the diagnose fee. More

My service advisor Matthew was very kind and helpful. I was very nervous and stressed out as I thought I had to pay 2000$ to fix the damage my car had. Thankfully I had purchased a powertrain warranty that was very nervous and stressed out as I thought I had to pay 2000$ to fix the damage my car had. I was received with positive customer support attitude by Mr. Matthew Maynard. Arriving late in the day may have been an issue at other dealers but not here! The Matthew asked what I needed, explained the repair and cost and estimated the time for the service. He was gracious and professional! My car repair was completed in less time that estimated and he explained in detail the issue and corrective action. for this level of service, the cost of repair was reasonable. I'm happy with my service experience and will return when my Mini Cooper needs service! Service well done Gentlemen! Congratulations! More
