Matt Post did an excellent job getting to know what was important to me. I wanted to see the difference between the Equinox and the Blazer. Matt was patient and very accommodating. He was very understanding when I told him I wanted to bring my husband by to look at the Equinox. He did not pressure or pursue me via text or email. A few days later I brought my husband back. Matt remembered me and asked if I had any more questions. We test drove the Equinox again then Matt left us alone for a bit to discuss it. It was a great experience. The rest of the staff I had interactions with were very nice, the dealership itself was clean, and had quite an array of nice vehicles in the lot to look at. I was very impressed with it all. The entire process from the first visit to driving off the lot in my new TRAX was quicker than anticipated and was not stressful in the least. More
