On the 1st of October I went in for the free multipoint inspection, oil change and tire rotation. At the completion of the inspection, Kings Infiniti would send me the inspection report via text message. J inspection, oil change and tire rotation. At the completion of the inspection, Kings Infiniti would send me the inspection report via text message. John came to me and informed me that everything was completed. I found in strange that I didn’t receive the report so i inquired with John and he informed me that the tech probably didn’t find anything. I found that wired to believe that because I haven’t had my filters changed. So I left and did an inspection of my cabin filter. Once I opened the cabin filter, I found it to have leaves and dirty. Hence they didn’t check. So now I go to a shop to get my car inspection sticker changed and they informed me that the call has a RECALL. Kings Infiniti failed to notify me of that. THEY FAILED ME AND I WONT BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE More
