Fast and courteous Service was fast, friendly staff, comfortable area for waiting. They also provide snacks and drinks. Excellent Matthew did thorough work with getting my upholstery on my passenger seat ordered and replaced propmtly. i was previously told by a different staff me Matthew did thorough work with getting my upholstery on my passenger seat ordered and replaced propmtly. i was previously told by a different staff member last November 2017 and I was told to come back once the upholstery has been ordered and received. I ended up coming back last February 2018 and was told by the same personnel to come back once the item was received. I have not heard from him since. But once I spoke with Matt, the order was placed and my upholstery was installed in two days time. Matt is an asset to your company. Eduardo De Castro More

Disappointed.. Brought car to have a multi-point check, was charged $60 for them to tell me my radio was broken and would cost $1200 to replace, something I already Brought car to have a multi-point check, was charged $60 for them to tell me my radio was broken and would cost $1200 to replace, something I already knew from a 1 minute google search, they did not check the condition of my brakes even though that item should have been part of the multi point check and they did not wash my vehicle when that is supposed to be a free courteousy service. Total time I was at the dealership amounted to almost 2 hours, I could have spent 15 minutes at a quick lube place for the same service, I will not be taking my vehicle back and will advise all I know not to go there, and given the age of my vehicle (not very old) I will buy a Honda next time, so as not to have a $1200 repair bill. More

Worst service They took more than 1:45 mins just for changing oil. They even did not fill my windshield fluid and I ran out while on highway. Very disappointing.... tires Rotated I went in to the service center to have my tires rotated as part of Toyota’s new car services. I had an appointment and waited for an hour and a half I went in to the service center to have my tires rotated as part of Toyota’s new car services. I had an appointment and waited for an hour and a half. That seems like an unusually long time for a tire rotation. Did I mention I did not buy my car there? Off-putting and Rude Upon arrival, I was treated like I was a burden to the staff. When the service rep asked about the problems my vehicle was having he was extremely con Upon arrival, I was treated like I was a burden to the staff. When the service rep asked about the problems my vehicle was having he was extremely condescending. He shoved the $50 diagnostic fee at me with no explanation. Matt did get better when I returned to get my car though. He walked me through what the service mechanic did to fix the problem and offered some follow-up advice. However, his initial greeting definitely soured the entire experience and made me feel uneasy with the overall service I was going to receive. More
